Steve Siegelwaks has been the owner of Green Earth since 1991 and he brings a wealth of knowledge along with a genuine dedication to people and their emotional and physical well being. Steve spent his youth reseaching and traveling with the intent to explore the wisdom of various earth-based traditions. Today, Steve is blessed with a sense of right-livelihood and purpose as relates to community service. He acknowledges his dad, Norbert, a master merchant, who continues to instill a sense of integrity and humanity in Steve’s work. He always gravitated toward a vocation that would benefit an individual’s health - and he continues to refine his research and application of the principles of wellness. His goal is to support and guide those he serves in obtaining optimum wellness and vitality. He believes wholeheartedly that the human body and human psyche are inexorably interwoven. This is the philosophy by which he operates Green Earth.

What do we stand for?

Green Earth has been in existence since 1980 serving Long Island communities as both a source of healthy foods and an informational resource. That is who we are to this day. Green Earth holds regular seminars for members of the community that feature guest speakers and staff discussing topics such as the mind/body connection and alternative options rejuvenate and cultivate life’s balance.
